POLICIES

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Payments must be made in full before each session.

A standard waiver and client info form must be completed before your first session. If pregnant, injured, or ending rehabilitation/physical therapy a doctor release is required.

Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled any time.

Parking is available in the driveway. Please walk around the back of the property through the gate to access the pool house studio.

Non-slip sticky socks are mandatory (for your safety and for hygiene reasons), bottle of water, wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.
